Studio Fabric Shop is located in Toronto, Canada.
How do you ship?
All North American orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited service. Every order is trackable and insured. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days (faster if possible), and delivery should be within 1-7 days depending on your location. If extra-speedy or courier shipment is required, please send me an email when you complete your order. I will do my best to accommodate special shipping requests.
International orders are sent via Canada Post’s Small Parcel Air service. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to a few weeks. We will give you more specific information when your order is shipped.
If your order is a gift, I am pleased to enclose a note on your behalf, and to ship directly to the recipient. Just email me this information at email@example.com
How much does shipping cost?
Subscribers receive free shipping on Canadian orders of $100+, and on US orders of $150+. For all other orders shipping is based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout. Average shipping costs are $8 for Ontario, $10-$15 for the rest of Canada, $12-$15 for the United States, and $12-$25 for the rest of the world. You will see the shipping cost before you finalize your order. You may also wish to consult this handy shipping fee chart.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments traveling outside of Canada. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
What about returns and exchanges?
At Studio Fabric Shop we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We inspect every item thoroughly before shipping, and try to photograph and describe items very accurately. Please let us know if there is any problem with your order within 7 days of receiving it. We will quickly refund or replace any defective or incorrectly-shipped item if it is returned in its original condition. If you change your mind after receiving your order, even it is cut fabric, we will accept a return and offer you a store credit or exchange, but will not pay for your return shipping.
All sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
Incorrect or Defective Items
We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.
Changed Your Mind?
If you receive something and decide you don’t want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included).
